THP offers a 3-tier system. Choose between our 1-on-1 in-person coaching, our online remote individualized training, or our A.R.P. Training Team.

This is variable depending on the service provided. In our 1-on-1 coaching and remote coaching, this will be determined based off your training goal. Our A.R.P. training team trains 5 days per week.

Team A.R.P. was built for the former athlete that is still looking for the same structure and training you get from a college weight room, but fit for their day-to-day lives.
Remote and in-person services are for the athlete with specific training goals in mind. These athletes get individualized programming and training, tailored to their goals by Coach Curro.
